Hello everyone.
Due to a surge at work and a hectic family schedule I’m swamped this week. Which means – no Designing from Bones. BUT – I’ll be back next week with a fun mystery that I know you’ll enjoy.
If you still want a history and writing fix – Catie Rhodes has an engaging tale about “The Pool From Which We All Drink”, inspired by author comments at the end of Stephen King’s Lisey’s Story. Catie explores the folklore tale of “The Phantom Coach of East Texas” and the history and mystery are fascinating.
Enjoy the story and I’ll see you back here next week, and of course for Blog Treasures this Saturday.
Peaceful Journeys!
I’m glad you’re taking some time for yourself! I’ve been thinking about it myself. Can’t wait to see the next “Bones” post…hope you actually get some rest!!!
Good for you, Gene. Looking forward to the next installment!
Take care of you and can’t wait to see what you have in store for us next week. Waiting patiently. 🙂
Lol. Great cartoon. I’ll miss Designing from Bones, but Catie is awesome. Hope you’re on top of things, soon, and can get back to surfing the net. 🙂
Everyone needs a break sometimes. Enjoy your respite and come back refreshed!
I know how you feel. Take care of yourself, Gene. See you Saturday.
We’ll see you next week! Looking forward to the mystery. Take care of you and yours.

I think we all should do this periodically, whether we’re swamped or not. Hope you keep all the balls in the air and feel in control when you get back. We’ll miss you but will be here Saturday!
